Client engages the Recruiter to identify qualified candidates for employment. This is a non-exclusive agreement.

Contingency Fee: Client agrees to pay a fee of 25% of the candidate's first-year base salary.

Payment Terms: The fee is earned when an offer is accepted and is payable within 14 days of the candidate's start date.

If a hired candidate leaves voluntarily or is terminated for cause within 30 days of employment, the Recruiter will provide a one-time replacement candidate at no additional cost.

This guarantee does not apply if the position is eliminated or the employee leaves due to material changes in job scope.

Both parties agree to hold all information, including candidate resumes and client staffing needs, in strict confidence.

• If the client hires a candidate introduced by the recruiter within 12 months after the contract ends, the fee is still due.
